Gaur Siddhartham project first one being the construction linked plan where the customers need to pay INR 100000 at the beginning when they are booking the apartment, then a balance of 10% with thirty days of the booking and that’s the first instalment. Then when the raft is being completed, then another 10% of the total amount, and then 10% for all the instalments till the possession of the flats. There are in total 10 instalments of 10% each after the booking amount is paid in full. The payments are divided according to the construction phase.
